This was back in 2016, and I had been out of the hospital for not more than a week after a motorbike accident, where a drunk girl on a motorbike with her friend hit us dead on, like a bad game of chicken… ⠀

That huge tattooed guy at one point fell on top of me that day, lol, shit you not… and the guy in the red shorts next to him brought me the biggest, tastiest plate of chicken fried rice that I have ever had (I was feeling seasick and not moving around very much myself). ? ⠀

I couldn’t get in the water, nor was I even really supposed to be in the sun, but I wasn’t going to not make the most of my experience there… but I was so sad I couldn’t get in the awesome net off the side of the boat, lol. ⠀

The landscapes I witnessed alone made it worth it, but it was still fun to be able to experience that with everyone, even if I was more of a bystander. ⠀

PS. The bill for the ambulance ride, overnight in the hospital, and 22 stitches in Koh Phangan was only $200!!! ⠀
